I love the topics and guests on this show. As a therapist it keeps me inspired with with new wisdom, information, and perspectives to help myself and others. The ripple impact of a show like this is amazing. I love the hosts back story and his vulnerability sharing. Thank you for this great show! :)

A friend recommended this podcast. I’ve been binging a bit and absolutely love it. While much of the content is a bit “woo woo”, Eric always brings it back to the concrete and life applicable.

I love your show, but am disappointed that you are advertising for Starbucks, which is an awful company. Please research the companies you advertise & how they interact with the world & their employees.

Recently came across the One You Feed podcast and love it! Each episode has quality content! Really appreciated your conversation with Greg Kretch. Didn't know anything about Japanese therapy and learned so much! This is an amazing episode that really resonated with me. The 3 questions to ask...Read full review »

I had this podcast stored in my library for quite a while before I listened to it and finally listened to my first episode and am totally hooked! Eric is such a wonderful interviewer and the guests have been so helpful for me at this time in my life. I’m also a recovering addict and my husband is...Read full review »

This podcast is very insightful, and I do enjoy it. Unfortunately, I’m not able to listen to it as often as I would like because I use my podcast time to wind down at the end of the day. The rock music / electric guitar doesn’t feel congruent for the mood that I am in when I want to listen to...Read full review »

Been listening for a number of years and still love Eric and his incredible interview skills. He is so intuitive in knowing what listeners want to know. I love the consistency of the parable at the beginning of each episode and I love the music because it is homegrown and unique in that he and...Read full review »

Liked this podcast without funny—she fills the space way too much and does t slow a meditative conversation—she made me nervous so couldn’t listen. Sorry.

I don’t know how to contact the producers, but maybe they see reviews sometimes. This podcast was one of many contributors to the method of therapy that I have developed working with narcissism. Meh
The metaphor at the beginning of each episode is so repetitive. It takes away the focus of the topic and becomes annoying when you hear it too much. The music is so awful as well. These two factors make me not want to listen to another episode.

Eckhart is great to listen to for the destination we seek. This podcast gives us the tools to get to that destination. Down to earth, usable information which I find highly entertaining.

I have not listened to much of this podcast, but based on the episodes about “abuses of power” the advice is sound and intelligent, insightful and reasonable as well as applicable to most anyone. Those patient enough to listen will likely find advice worth hearing.
