My saving grace
I recommend this podcast to anyone and everyone I can. Osher is calm, rational and informed. Pair this with awesome guests from all walks of life and conversations I would never engage in my everyday life. My mental health is improving because I have worked up the courage to admit I wasn’t okay and return to meds, and open up to people which helped more than I would have ever thought. Osher’s check ins are the sole reason I made these steps and am here today. I could write paragraphs and paragraphs, but I’ll leave it at if you only want to listen to one podcast, this is the one.

Not only is Osher an amazing host but his the way in which he gets his guests (who by the way are always interesting) to open up and tell there stories is fantastic.
