Lots of talking about Paul’s own history, felt like his self-therapy but sometimes the title doesn’t even match the content (letting go of the past was focussed on how you don’t emotionally abuse others?!) I downloaded lots of episodes but deleted them after listening to two.

Take note, if you are sensitive to this sort of thing: Paul is wordy. There is no editing for repetitive or redundant or less useful content.
