Awesome Podcast and Workout Programs
Pat and his guests are really informative on keeping fitness simple. The minimalistic approach to fitness is something lacking in the industry and Pat does a great job of keeping things simple for viewers. I have truly enjoyed the variety of content provided by Pat and have followed numerous workout programs he’s put together. It’s the perfect content for individuals who want to stay fit for life but have a life outside of fitness as well! Keep up the great work!
Excellent podcast
This podcast is full of outstanding fitness content. Rather than the trendy workout and nutrition tidbits so common to much contemporary online fitness creators, Pat (and his guests) continue to offer up tried-and-true, practical and practicable fitness guidance. Perhaps the best part is that the advice contained herein is always applicable to the loves of busy, regular people trying to get in better shape. Thank you!

I’ve been listening to Pat Flynn and Dan John for several years now. I wish they were more in the spotlight when I was a teenager (I’m currently a 40 year old male).
If you can start listening to them you’ll find what they teach to be very logical, practical and something you could stick with for a lifetime.
