“If there was one podcast everyone should be made to listen to, then it is this.
This show is both educational and entertaining.
A typical episode has guests from different corners of the world talking about a story that has been of big import in their region. I have found that listening to these stories and gaining more understanding of issues has been extremely interesting and informative.
But, where this show excels is when people from other corners of the world discuss issues that are local to you. Gaining an understanding of the points of view of people from Saudi Arabia, Germany, Japan, and Scandinavia has been so enlightening.
While the topics can be serious, the show’s great contributors keep it upbeat and make the time fly. From Patrick the host, to Turki (with his quips at Patrick’s expense) and Owen JJ Stone’s rants, listening to this podcast is a wonderful experience.
This podcast is becoming more and more important as the world seems to be slipping to the right. The best way to defy this slide is by interacting with people of different cultures and gaining an insight in to their points of view.
Easily the single best podcast out there.”
