Great show
I heard about this show from another podcast that I listen to and it mentioned the Rich Willy interview episode 187. I really enjoyed what was mentioned in the podcast, with myself currently studying a Masters in Strength and conditioning. I have since listened to at least 10 of the episodes currently listening to ep 153 whilst I’m writing this! It is really good for myself as most of the work you do doing a degree is read what people have researched in a topic but getting to actually listen to some of the researchers/coaches/athletes makes it more real as well as giving you a more personal feel behind the scenarios and the research work done. Great show brad can’t wait for this weeks and I am looking forward to going through all the episodes as well as re-listening to the more specific episodes to what I am learning currently! Thank you!
