A Light in the Darkness
In these times of change and uncertainty, The Pillars provides practical ideas and techniques for dealing with them. While the show is made by and for active duty airmen, the discussions and techniques can be used by service members and civilians alike. My friends, family, and everyone I know can benefit from this program.
Try a few episodes. In addition for laying their lives on the line to protect our country, these heroes are also providing practical advice for dealing with all the things life throws at us.
Great Resource!
