On this week’s show we welcome mother, real estate agent, writer, actor and recent widow, Mia Capanna. She lost her 43-year-old husband, Henry, last year after a nearly year long battle with pancreatic cancer. She continues to run the business she and Henry started together and raise Henry’s most important legacy, their 11 year old daughter, Sofia. She hopes by sharing her story about grief, loss and trauma that it inspires others to create a more open dialogue about grief and pain in our society and contributes to the community of all of us who are forever changed by deep loss.
