I can't believe i am releasing episode 10 of Season 5 on The Power of You Podcast !!

Last week, i spoke @Grief Irelands Retreat and met Ciara in person there. I had heard of Ciara and her story of loss before and i really wanted to share her inspiration in navigating her grief and where her resilience has taken her. A few weeks back I got to speak with the courageous Shauna Bohen.
I kept this podcast for today because it ties in with Grief Ireland's 4th Retreat founded by Kathie Stritch, which I've been honoured to be apart of.I met Shauna while she was on the Grief Retreat in January.
