If the pilot is free, make sure that it’s for a certain amount of time – and then you have the chance to renegotiate from there… In my personal experience, it’s easier to ask for more money than to ask for money at all.

Awesome show!

Great show for anyone in product development. Love the topics and guests.

LLBRUN ,

Worthwhile but a lot of focus on external stakeholders

I really enjoy this podcast for new ideas and techniques. However, a lot of the sessions focuses on products that are external facing. I support internal facing applications where the customer is our company employees. I would love a product management episode where product supports customers that are internal to the company.
