“Hi Ben and Bryce, I found your podcast approximately 6 months ago and have basically gotten through all your 376 episodes by playing them in my long commute to work every day and at the gym. For the past 12 months I’ve been looking for my first investment property. Over the journey I’ve gotten pretty close on pulling the trigger on a number of properties. These included: - A holiday rental in Nth Qld (we were holidaying and fell in love with Palm Cove) - A 2 bed apartment in Fortitude Valley in Brisbane - A new land and house package..first in Melton Victoria and then Maribyrnong also in Victoria. These are a few of about 10 properties that I said to my wife this is the one..only to keep listening to your podcasts and researching to find flaws. She’s a little over my researching lol I’m happy to say I’ve finally found a property and have had our offer accepted. I’m more confident than ever that our first investment property is a sound choice and I can’t thank you both for your guidance through my journey. It’s only started with my first and I have booked in for a consult with one of your consultants and started setting up Money Smarts.
