Becca Williams, emotions therapist and clinical nutritionist, comes on the Psychedologist to talk about Emotional Liberation. We hear about Becca’s personal work with shame, and how she learned to heal herself by working through difficult emotions. She gives us a peek into what Emotional Liberation is - a structured container and sacred space that embraces eastern wisdom and western medicine to learn the language of emotions through direct experience.
