The psychology of vulnerability
Listen now
Description
Hello friends!   After a little mid-year break, we are feeling refreshed and ready to be back  in your ears today for a chat around all things vulnerability. In this ep we look at vulnerability from an adaptive and attachment lens to delve into what exactly what vulnerability is,  how and where we learn about vulnerability,  why it can be so difficult for some to be vulnerable and strategies to help to feel more safe to open up to those around us. We would like to thank our lovely friends at Cambridge University Press for sponsoring this episode with their book, Everything You Need to Know About OCD  written by Lynne Drummond and Laura Edwards.
