Kid Fury and Crissle are my friends in my head
As a Black woman I find Fury and Crissle so relatable on a social and political level. However, me being straight I find I have also been educated about the queer people in the Black community. Fury and Crissle are funny, fierce and two formidable voices to be reckoned with. They remind me of the many Black lgbtq+ friends I had in college and talked to on a daily basis. They represent the lbtq+ community amazingly and fit into their own segment because they epitomize Black excellence. They have challenged my own views on many things while making me laugh until my sides hurt. Crissle and Fury, love y’all like carrot cake Oreos.
