    Time Management for Moms with Olga Ghali

    Time Management for Moms with Olga Ghali

    Motherhood requires selflessness. Most Moms sacrifice so much about what they want and need to give their children a boost. The load of home tasks and caregiving to their family make them think they don’t have time for themselves. But you know what, you can still do anything you want and achieve the things you dreamed of, and have some self care and “me” time once in a while. It’s not being selfish, it’s not like abandoning your children but investing for yourself. Because a happy Mom can more likely raise a well virtuous child and build a better household.

    With that being said, a friend of mine, Olga Ghali will be joining us in this podcast to help us draft a sustainable time management structure for Moms. Olga is a Time Management Mentor and ICF Coach. She is also holding an amazing community here in Bahrain, the Moms Club.

    Stay tune and take a sip in each of these delicious topics:

Midwife_Melissa ,

Excellent, Relevant Information for all women!

I enjoyed the information provided in this podcast. As a functional and integrative midwife, caring for women through pregnancy, birth and beyond, I found the topic very relevant. It was great that Dr. Taal took the time to educate the listeners on the role of hormones and how they effect our life cycle, both men and women. I also really loved that they are promoting self awareness and knowledge of one’s own body so that we can be aware when things aren’t feeling quite right and seek help. I look forward to continued listening!

@jenmarples ,

Let’s Rebel together!

I love Naz’s concept of being rebellious as it actually means standing in your power and NOT caring what people think and acting how society has told us to act. Enough! Naz, thank you for sharing this important message. Great show!💞💞💞

Kristen Affinity Media ,

Naz is the voice we ALL NEED inside our heads!

The steps to walking in self love were so amazingly insightful! The idea of re-connecting with you inner child was so genius. I love this idea that getting back to having fun and loving our natural state. This is a MUST listen, you won’t regret it!
