It has an odd name but it's one of the fastest-growing sports in the world so we had to find out more. Social, fun, intergenerational and easy to play - what's not to love? Even better, the court is smaller and the ball is slower - is this the perfect game for the over-40s? We learn all about this accessible sport including 'no volleying in the kitchen' and 'don't forget to bend low when you are dinking'.
