“Chris and Kevin are keen basketball fans, and Kevin provides a lot of good analysis, but the most entertaining part of the show are the hot takes and trash talk. Chris Vernon must be paid to channel Bill Simmons’ id as he trashes the Lakers mercilessly despite watching them dominate every team they’ve played. That’s got to be the reason he ignores the Lakers' historically significant records (54-0 when leading after 3 quarters, 17-game win streak on the road vs the West, and what could be a 16-3 playoff run).
