“Great analysis. With their expert knowledge of the works of Tolkien they fill in the gaps, clarify and highlight the best and worst elements of the show. As a book purist, I was not a big fan of the show and am still on the fence. But overall I think this podcast gives a generous look at the show and does make me appreciate the good in it- while also allowing me to indulge in some eye rolling and things that niggle me about it as well. Great humour and great fun!”
