Insightful look into MH and so many other churches
MH greatly influenced the preaching pastor at my church who wanted to be just like Driscoll, use his Doctrine book for teaching and membership, etc. Hearing the vision and mission of MH combined with Driscoll’s narcissism and lack of accountability for him helps me make a lot of connections to the same kind of behaviors and abuse we ultimately suffered in our own local church. This excellent podcast is both painful and healing to listen to and helps connect a lot of dots for me.

More reviews of The Rise and Fall of Mars Hill
