Beautifully constructed
Julie, I am so thankful to you and your staff for presenting what God's kingdom should be for us mortals here on Earth. Each episode is presented with such grace and honesty. A lot of times I leave examining myself and my walk with Christ. Best quote so far, "Christianity has never been cool...Christianity is countercultural & Jesus told us people the world would hate us (because of Him). My favorite and on spot episode so far has been SneakersNPreachers, Ben Kirby. His concise and constructive enlightenment of today’s church and the push to appeal to the world was fantastic!! The body of Christ will never move further towards God’s way until it’s willing to take a step back and really, really examine what the mission & calling for souls is truly about. The topic of this podcast has caused me to see an even more urgent need to pray for the body of Christ. We are not to be conformed to this world, but transformed by the renewing of our mind (Rom. 12:2). So, my eternal question for the body of Christ has always been, if there is indeed a renewing of the mind, wouldn’t our churches look more like Christ and not the world?? Anyway, Julie keep up the great investigative journalism. Your work is need!!Read full review »

I am appreciative of the work being done here. Humans work best when there are checks and balances. Due to the rise of the mega church and the celebrity preachers this check and balance is being thrown to the wind. This subject needs to be looked at with a critical eye—bearing in mind the purpose...Read full review »
