As a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, I was saddened and disheartened to hear how Julie was treated a few years back when she blew the whistle on several significant aspects of organizational unhealth. Since then, I've followed her work more closely, and she is a hard working journalist who speaks the truth with grace. She has the courage to name names in a way that is necessary and appropriate. But I can’t wrap my head around how an intelligent person can wonder if it’s ok if a woman can be a pastor when of course a woman can be. Also, and maybe even worse, how she can endorse conversion therapy.

I cannot say enough good things about this podcast and the work it is doing calling to account the massive damage, harm and banality in Evangelical culture today.
