Dedicated to teaching and learning
Brodie Sharp is a physio(physical therapist) that is determined to learn everything he can to help runners be successful with their running goals while minimizing injuries and to recover from injuries as consistently as possible. He believes the best way to do that is with education. The important thing is that he doesn’t assume he has all the answers, instead he tries to bring a variety of guests. He is genuine in listening to them to make sure they have a chance to communicate their knowledge and is really good at tying up the key takeaways. At the same time, he doesn’t accept things at face value and digs for the scientific evidence to help evaluate the presented information. There is a ton of content in these podcasts, and well worth the time of any runner
