“When Covid-19 took away my main source of exercise, my bike commute, I turned to running. I fell for the sport, but one of the early amazements was the frequency of runners getting injured, which unfortunately included me as well. Brodie is a great teacher, effortlessly blending the science surrounding injury prevention and recovery with a clear and enthusiastic delivery. I have learned so much from listening to this podcast. I feel in charge of my recovery because I now know what usually causes running injuries (overload) and what will help me recover. Brodie brings on great guests and he’s a really good interviewer. He harps a bit to listeners about listening to the first 10 episodes, but if you’re reluctant to go back, I’d encourage to give a listen. They do provide a solid foundation.”
