Informative and useful for runners
Brodie does a good job of putting physiology and sports medicine information together in ways that runners can digest and apply to their own situations. The info is based on his own injury experience, his clinical experience as a physio and his ability to listen to his interviewee experts. My running has definitely been more injury-free since I found this podcast.
