“I started to listen this podcast when I was preparing for my first long race. Race was Winter Warrior Finland that is 15k Obstacle course race. Even my race wasn’t traditional run this podcast really helped me to prepare mentally and physically. Every episode has really good tips from experts in different field like sport psychology, sports medicine, running technique, recovery from injury and stories of awesome athletes. All these stories are filled with realism and you really can see that running has its tough moments even one would be Olympian. Tina Muir is awesome and full of energy when doing the interviews so this podcasts is fun to listen. I highly recommend :)”
