Been listening for a year now on and off. Most topics are enjoyable and really help to get me through my runs. Sometimes I have to stop and take a mental note of something because I want to remember it after the run. Enjoy the down to earth honest discussions on topics and how the discussion doesn’t always go the way it was planned. Enjoy both Kerri and Serena discussing topics and really showing sincere interest. Keep it up.

I am no longer a runner, so wasn’t sure how this podcast would fit for me, but was pleasantly surprised how much value I got out of the content in an episode that talked about the importance of strength and conditioning and yoga. Awesome!
