It always amazes me how much depth there is in a short period of time. It’s been a good starting place for self-inquiry and has helped me understand others. Thank you!

I’ve been listening for years - since dr Ellen. Dr Johnson is great - fresh air and helpful friendly advice. For those who gave one star because she mentions race, gender identity, and all the other issues we face in this world, you may want to open your mind a little ! I think it’s great. I’ve been listening to The Savvy Psychologist’s Quick and Dirty Tips for Better Mental Health podcast for years. The last two episodes appeared to be this show, (it was titled The Savvy Psychologist’s Quick and Dirty Tips for Better Me ) but the content was actually a finance show hosted by a...Read full review »

It’s literally free psychotherapy! I miss Dr Jade Wu, especially her series on racism.

Most early episodes were somewhat helpful, often thought provoking. Starting to see episodes emphasizing woke ideology and encouraging support of mental illness instead of addressing the underlying illness and issues. There is no medical or scientific support of gender affirming behavior that...Read full review »

I loved this podcast when Dr Wu was the host. It was very helpful and right to the point. Then they caved into the woke agenda and the content seems very bias.

It always blows my mind how concise and insightful your commentary is in such a short podcast!! ⭐️

I enjoy the little bit of content that you mix into the huge amount of advertising that you include. I wish you could direct this balance because I think you have a very interesting show, but it’s not worth waiting through a dozen advertisements for 10 minutes worth of counted.

Currently, this is my favourite podcast. I listen to episodes on and from my way to work. I like Dr. Monica a lot, she has a very attractive way of talking that keeps me engaged. Thanks!

Some nice little tips & good for listening while you're doing chores around the house. Took a minute to get used to her voice, it'd be cool if these podcasters stopped putting on a canned robotic 'inflection' voice. It's really unnatural and grates me. It sounds like a...Read full review »

I have listened to this show for a number of years and with a number of different hosts. I’m currently pursuing my PhD in clinical psych and find this show SO helpful in learning how to illustrate concepts for my own clients, and it has helped me learn during my own training as well. I like that the episodes are short and to the point. The host also has a very soothing voice. I started lucid dreaming when I was 5. It’s easy for me, but I also have hypersomnia. I’ve learned how to wake myself up from bad dreams. Helps me with nightmares.

Admission. Didn’t actually take to JS in his short stint at the UFC. Think his ‘love in’ intro with JR put me off. However, I’ve grown to love him. This show/podcast is great! Bursting with energy and informative. Rapidly becoming favourite MMA podcast from across the pond 👍🏻
