Description
Not only has Holly Ferling been a professional cricketer for almost a decade, the Queensland-born fast bowler has also established a career as one of cricket's most talented broadcasters through her work on Channel Seven's coverage of both the men's and women's games. It's hard to believe she's only 26!
Holly joined Emily and Laura on the Scoop for a wide-ranging conversation about her new life in Canberra alongside the ACT Meteors, and the leadership experience she's gaining through working with the young squad.
She also shares what it's like to work alongside some of the most experienced and professional broadcasters in cricket, and how she manages to balance her television commitments with the demands of being a professional cricketer.
Holly - who is pumped to work alongside Sophie Devine and Shelley Nitschke at the Perth Scorchers this season - is one of the nicest people in cricket with a wonderful perspective on life and we hope you enjoy the chat!
