“I realized when you said you have a body that “I have a body too!” I think regardless of anyone’s mental health status that regular/consistent; rest/sleep, healthy food and drink, exercise, (and for me)doing things I have a passion for, limiting isolation, and scheduling daily time to declutter/organize/ get rid of stuff make me a healthier person.
