Chilling!
An almost incredible story and, quite unusually for Wordery, sounds like a piece of original journalism rather than the regurgitations of books commonly spewn out. This is to be applauded, but it was a bit drawn out and could have occupied fewer episodes. Also, there is no real delving into how and why a successful businessman and investor gets lured into being a fawning lackey - what was his psychological state when the Shrink got his claws into him, and what methods were deployed to make him so craven? Likewise, there’s no proper explanation of the psychological factors at work when the victim finally threw off his tormentor. Worse than the ads which everyone complains about but are only a minor quibble for me are the exhortations to leave a 5 star review and “tell your friends”. Maybe it’s an American “thing” but sounds like sheer bad manners to me!

Great storytelling. It’s keeping my attention. I hang on to each part of the story.
