Routinely misses the point
A nice idea for a cast, but the two hosts routinely misinterpret the actual meaning of the episodes and their analysis often swings between nonsensical and just plain obvious. The best thing about the pod so far was the featured song by Allie Goertz; "Everything's coming up Millhouse" which is very sweet. Overall, the hosts seem like nice guys, but for two supposed Simpsons fanatics, they really don't seem to 'get' the show, which is unfortunately a major flaw.Read full review »

I love the Simpsons and I love the podcast. I laugh as I go down a nostalgia trip. The only problem I have is that they only do one episode a week. These guys have some real passion for the Simpsons, great just to hear a podcast discuss a show that at its peak was one of the all time great works of comedy
