The United States Capitol police have obtained intelligence about a "possible plot" to breach the United States Capitol tomorrow. The United States Capitol security has been beefed up ahead of the attack threat tomorrow.  The House is voting tonight on the Justice in Policing bill. They won't be in session tomorrow due to the "possible plot." The National Guard Commander says that the Pentagon took three hours to approve troop deployment after a "frantic" plea to assist at the Capitol, says that "unusual" Pentagon restrictions slowed its response to the Capitol riot. The National Guard commander says he previously got permission to move troops immediately, but on the day of the riot, permission took hours.  President Joe Biden slams "neanderthal thinking" in response to Texas and Mississippi lifting their covid restrictions. Biden is holding a virtual meeting with House Democrats after compromising on tighter eligibility for relief checks.
