As a new listener
Considering opportunity cost and how very precious my time (and yours) is, if you are looking for a podcast with a scientific and skeptical approach, look elsewhere. In the little time I subjected myself to this dribble, I heard no challenge to the norm or skepticism of anything whatsoever. What we have here is a doc up in his white tower with his entourage, all nodding their heads in agreement, at slightly different angles. Simply discussing weird or controversial topics doesn’t make you a skeptic. A true skeptic is capable of doubting even himself and there is no spirit of that here. And it is painfully obvious that whatever objective thought was here has been tainted by political subjectivism. It’s distracting from whatever argument you are trying to make and completely unnecessary. Don’t waste your time and read a book about whatever they are discussing instead. You will come out far more knowledgeable.

One of the most enjoyable audio experiences you can have. Interesting, informative and most importantly entertaining. Steven Novella, Evan Bernstein and Perry DeAngelis have brightened up many, many of my days with their insight, intelligence and humour. Highly recommended.
