“To not have to cover hot button, political topics.
I am swamped in my daily life by politics. I actually seek it out so this isn’t a lament. But sometimes I need to put that aside and do something else with my mind.
Maybe science. Maybe I can breathe deeply from a sciency podcast.

The example of “some humans do not have two arms” was trotted out to… I’m not sure.
We can’t describe humans as having bilateral symmetry because certain individuals are not? Would we describe humans as “ a species with a count of heads between 1 and 2 and a count of arms between 0 and 4” because occasionally conjoined twins are born or a baby has a birth defect or an adult has a limb-severing accident.
Moving on to the next podcast.”
