“for years this podcast brought me SO much value like i cried tears of joy over their pregnancy announcement. however within the last year or so it’s has felt incredibly tone deaf and out of touch. maybe i’m no longer in the target market and i can respect that but the “experts” they bring on the show seem to be extremists to me and some of the products they are suggesting are incredibly expensive. like for example: the morning routines... i love a morning routine but every guest that comes on suggests journaling, walking, hydrating, meditating, taking vitamins and supplements, and a million other things. the content just isn’t realistic.”
