“I once thought Lauryn and Michael were a good resource for tips on life, business, love, wellness etc. but for the majority of this year I feel I can never relate. They provide more products to be purchased than they provide actual value. If I was a rich white woman I may enjoy it more. I feel offended when Lauryn discusses losing weight very negatively/photoshopped a body making fun of people with a larger appearance. After dealing with body issues for the majority of my life it was not enjoyable to hear comments said. I’ve taken their tips and enjoyed it in the past but feeling judged about my body and social status is not good for my personal wellness. Michael has poked fun at people taking the mask mandate seriously and it’s upsetting to me because two of my family members died from the virus. I do not recommend listening to this podcast, it’s not a “feel-good” vibe.”
