029: Ask The Right Questions to Get What You Want
Listen now
Description
Do you have a New Year's resolution, goals, a "Word for the year", or even just a guiding phrase? Then this is the episode for you. Did you know the brain is wired to answer questions and using the power of a well crafted question can help you create more of what you want in your life.  Instead of saying "I need to lose weight"  how about asking the question, "How can I lose weight, be happy, and still enjoy the foods that I like?"  or instead of a word of the year being Intention ask: "What am I always in the right place at the right time, being the right person and doing the right things?"    This is a very interesting and innovative way to change up your affirmations and goal setting practices.  Leah also spills the beans on how her year of fun and adventure is off to a great start with a FUN ANNOUNCEMENT.  I hope you enjoy this episode and share it with a friend who wants to make 2019 an amazing year too!    Mentioned in this episode: Ginger essential oil!
