My go-to podcast!!
I’ve been listening to Sam’s podcast for a year now and signed up to her coaching program Perfectionists Getting Shit Done (PGSD) as soon as she launched it. I’m so thankful for all that she’s taught me about self-trust, being good enough, shifting from a fixed to a growth mindset, improving my relationship with money and so much more. Episode 200 is related to my coaching call with Sam and I’m already seeing so many benefits since I actually started doing the work to praise myself. The growth is uncomfortable but so rewarding and this is why I can’t get enough of this podcast and PGSD’s online community. Thank you for being you Sam ❤️
