This is an informative podcast! So many “diets” are not sustainable. Lauren is all about a healthy lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off. It is not a way to eat just to lose weight, it’s a way to eat for a healthy fit body. She is so upbeat and not preachy, just encouraging and understanding of how hard it can be.

It’s like listening to a podcast of your girlfriends chatting, except with legitimate health info. I’ve lost nearly 30 lbs following Lauren on insta, and I love sprinkling in her podcast to keep me interested and disciplined. As a mom, I love the episodes with other moms on- so relatable!

I absolutely love Lauren and I love her podcast. I listen to it daily as I go on a walk with my two littles. I feel like she’s so easy to relate to, gives really good, science based info and most makes things click. It’s like having a pep talk from one of your besties.
