In 2019, Adrian Daniels had a brainwave to launch a podcast platform to showcase Ghanaian excellence to the world. The internet is already crowded with content from Ghana: YouTube, Social Media pages, etc. However, after hosting 2x Networking Events during Christmas 2018 & 2019 in Accra for the Global African Diaspora, Adrian noticed a lack and desire for networking, whilst meeting many creatives and entrepreneurs from around the globe. In January 2020, The Sound of Accra Podcast was born. Powerful interviews with Top Founders, Entrepreneurs and Creatives from Ghanaian heritage or interest, leaving listeners with meaningful takeaways for life, business and career. New episodes weekly. Showcasing African Excellence
I love this podcast because it represents the best of Africa. For too long the media has been inundated with negative news about Africa, but this podcast champions, celebrates and showcases the best of the continent! And it’s really insightful and entertaining. Highly recommend!
Nice, informative, a nice listen while learning
This was enjoyable, from the perspective of getting to know more about Ghana, through the eyes of its people.
Very relaxing; I found that the time passed by rather quickly.
I like the niche, too - I haven't heard of many people doing what he's doing in such a fun, interesting way. I like the unificatin and celebration of Ghanaian (and by extension, West African) culture.
Amazing
