Just when you thought this podcast couldn’t get any better, David tackles Morricone’s spaghetti westerns as the Mandalorian mines that rich vein of cinema! I would listen to 30 episodes of “Oxygen”-level analysis of these, but maybe I’m atypical. Kudos! We need an episode or several on Ludwig Goransson’s Mandalorian score

David Collins is back and still amazing! As somebody who knows very little about music but loves it passionately, this is the perfect show because David does a magnificent job of explaining complex musical concepts!

I came to this from the Jaws episode which was excellent. I love to hear somebody who really knows their stuff explaining the finer points. The Star Wars episodes were similarly fascinating but then his commentary brought new depth to something I thought I knew forwards and backwards.
