Calming and interesting
I fall into the minority group of people who find mindfulness and meditation to actually increase anxiety. This podcast is completely different! The tips are approachable and interesting and Casey’s calming voice really does lull the listener into a warm place.

Love and hate
Such a beautiful podcast, love Casey’s voice. So calming. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And then there’s the screaming bogan ad at the front and end of each episode.
