Great content for any profession
Came across this podcast and love the content. Especially loved the episode with Olivia Mead about yoga for first responders, and how it helps with PTSD, health-based stress issues, help veterans, public safety servants… This show was amazing on so many levels with amazing takeaways! Love it…
