Great Resource!
I’m not a “runner.” Running is but one tool in my toolkit of a larger health/wellness program/lifestyle. I stumbled upon the podcast while training for a 10+ mile race after 3 years away from running due to injury. The podcast positively changed the way I perceive, approach, and perform while running. #gamechanger Jason is very knowledgable and provides easily digestible information without talking down to his audience. His guests are of the highest caliber and he knows how to engage them ways that maximize informational output for listeners without getting lost in technical nomenclature or concepts. The knowledge gained from his podcast helped me run a surprisingly fast (for my standards) 10.7 mile race up a 1,600’ climb in the desert last weekend. Although I have zero desire to run a marathon, I will not hesitate to join Jason’s running program if I ever decide to undertake such a masochistic endeavor. Keep up the great work, Jason!
