Excellent for running coaches
As a UK based Fell/trail and ultra running coach, I push strength and conditioning into my training plans as I’m a strong believer in reducing the risk of injury, and helping my Athletes run more efficiently. As a s&c coach the content is relevant and up to date, and reinforces my own practice. A great podcast
