An excellent content for runners of all levels
I started listening to Jason’s strength running podcast a few months ago and this has been my constant companion during most of my Sunday runs. As a 40+ person who recently started running and having done a couple of marathons(Sub 4), the content here is amazing and valuable. My next marathon is London in October 2022 and as i kick off my 16 weeks training for my Sub 3:30 target, I am keen to apply the llearnings from these shows and promise to do regular S&C to reach my goal. Thanks Jason for a brilliant content !!! Cheers, Ramesh
