For anyone who cares about training, health, fitness and endurance and more! Great podcast with a lot of insight from two athletes who know their topics well. I only wish the episodes were longer! I binged every episode so fast 😂

I love the way they approach each topic including their personal perspectives and experiences. They don’t ought to pressure people that listen to their podcast about a certain topic but rather spread awareness about it.
