“My husband turned me on to these podcasts about 5 months ago. He had started listening to them on his commute into work and found them inspirational. I now listen to them during my morning walks. I like Chris's honesty. I like that he shares his struggles and demonstrates what is possible if we look within. He has reminded me that the messages we send ourselves through the stories we create, can either lift us up or tear us down. His use of affirmations empowers us to re-train our brain, shifting our focus from a negative to a more positive mindset.
