I spent a good amount of time searching for daily affirmations in iTunes finding a veritable pantheon of options but realizing that not one worked for me. That was until I found Chris’ podcast. Incredibly thoughtful podcast that provides real examples and connection to the world around us - different from many other podcasts I found that merely have you repeating the narrator’s affirmations. That may work for some, but it didn’t work for me. Here Chris provides some meat, some pointed explanation of how the affirmations tie into daily life.
