I’ve been involved with many motivation training programs, groups, etc. I have a company with 9 employees, family with 3 young children and fall on the hypo-manic bi-polar spectrum. I feed off of and am very influenced by the positive and/or negative thoughts of those around me. As such I know it is essential to consistently be filling my cup with positivity. This podcast is Fantastic!! My employees really like it. I’ve been having my kids listen to it on the way to school and it really gives us some great thoughtful talking points and a positive way for them to start their day, even with the rush of getting out the door. They are 6, 8 and 10. Will continue to recommend to friends and family.”
